I have been a working professional for the last 36 years, as well as raising 2 boys, now grown up and fledged the nest! Most recently, working front-line for the Ambulance Service, it was whilst visiting patients, that I discovered how common it was for people to be feeling totally overwhelmed with their safe space that they call home, often being cluttered perhaps through ill health or just a busy life, which just added to a decline in their mental health and well-being and then unable to see a clear way forward for making a start on de-cluttering.
I have worked with people my whole career, and have a passion for wanting to help those who need it, however big or small their problem. Having recently become an empty nester, I have had the time to de-clutter my own house, and help some friends do theirs too, and I enjoyed it so much, "de-Clutter with Rachel" was formed in my quest to give other people the opportunity to feel calmer in their own space!
